How you receive what you buy

• Plans (Starter, Growth, Pro): your plan and its lead credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. You'll see them on the Billing page.
• Search results appear in your account while the search runs, typically within a few minutes, and can be exported as a CSV file at any time.
• Each payment covers one month of the plan you choose, or 12 months for a yearly launch plan (your plan's leads are added at the start of every month). Plans don't renew automatically: to continue, buy again from the Billing page.

If something doesn't arrive

If you paid and your plan or credits don't show within 15 minutes, email Mukesh@velonixxai.com with your payment ID. We reply within 1 business day and fix it, or refund you under our Refund Policy.

Where we deliver

The service is available online worldwide. Payments are currently accepted in Indian rupees (INR).
